Your Tasks
You support the full recruitment process: from understanding open roles to assisting in interviews and candidate management.
You actively source and identify candidates using platforms like LinkedIn
You contact candidates with creative, personalized messages to spark interest in Xentral
You assist in screening and firstround interviews for selected positions
You help build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
You contribute to employer branding efforts that promote Xentral’s culture and values
You support administrative tasks within the recruiting and people operations team
Your Profile
You’re currently studying (Business) Psychology, HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field
You have initial experience in recruiting or HR, ideally including exposure to sourcing and interviewing
You’re confident using tools like LinkedIn, have a digital mindset, and enjoy working in a fastpaced environment
You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
You are communicative, detailoriented, and proactive
You are available for 16–20 hours per week and are eager to develop your skills in talent acquisition
