On behalf of our partner in the defencetech domain, GT is looking for a Senior Product manager interested in AI, ML, and aerospace.
Our client is a cuttingedge Aerospace and Defense company committed to delivering innovative, secure, and compliant solutions for our customers. They specialize in missioncritical technology services for government and private sector customers, ensuring excellence in aerospace systems design, performance, and compliance.
This team is building secure, cloudnative infrastructure that powers missioncritical aerospace and defense systems for government and private sector clients. The backend systems they develop must meet the highest standards of reliability, performance, and compliance, supporting everything from realtime data processing to MLintegrated features used in the field.
As the Senior Product Manager, you will lead product planning, feature definition, and execution across the platform. You’ll work closely with the engineering team, company leadership, and external partners to build secure and scalable systems that meet rigorous defense standards.
Own the product roadmap and define key milestones from prototype through scale
Collaborate closely with the engineering team (currently 3 developers) to guide system architecture and technical decisions
Translate complex user requirements from both government and commercial defense clients into actionable product features
Integrate AI and ML capabilities into product design to support datainformed decisionmaking
Conduct earlystage user validation and feedback loops with key stakeholders
Work with legal and compliance experts to ensure regulatory alignment
Analyze product performance and usage metrics to inform iteration and prioritization
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in defense, cybersecurity, aerospace, or enterprise SaaS
Background or experience in the gaming domain, particularly war games, simulations, or military strategyfocused applications
Proven track record building products from concept to launch in fastmoving or startup environments
Experience working with regulated, secure, or missioncritical systems
Understanding of AIML integration in complex systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Comfort working handson with engineering teams in earlystage system design
Knowledge of drone, robotics, or aerospace component ecosystems
Familiarity with national or international defense compliance frameworks
Technical foundation or strong literacy in cloud infrastructure and backend systems
