As a Channel Success Manager Reseller EMEA (FMD) in our Customer Experience Team, you will play a key role in empowering both reseller partners and end customers to unlock the full potential of NavVis technology. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring our partners are fully equipped to sell and support NavVis solutions effectively.

With a deep understanding of our reality capture system, you will enable partners to deliver best in class customer experience boosting technology adoption and end customer success. Your technical expertise will help scale our solutions within the EMEA reseller network, working closely with our reseller account executives to drive longterm business success.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • You will act as the main point of contact for 610 resellers, ensuring they are equipped to position and sell NavVis solutions successfully.
  • You will provide ongoing support through biweeklyweekly checkins, discussing renewals, technical topics, and potential escalations.
  • You will enable resellers by owning the NavVis Reseller Certification Program in your region.
  • You will focus on quality management (QM)—diving deeper into customer needs and longterm success rather than just revenue generation.
  • You will analyse enduser performance and usage to generate valuable insights and strategic recommendations for our resellers, helping them optimise their sales approach, drive customer adoption, and ensure the longterm success of NavVis solutions in their markets.
  • You will ensure and sustain open channels of communication with our reseller customer and internal teams, servicing as the point of contact for escalating issues, driving collaboration and communication to resolve them
    • WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
      • You have a background in geoscience, geomatics, surveying, or a related geospatial field (GIS, BIM ModelerCoordinator is a plus).
      • You bring at least 3 years of experience in the Reality Capture (RC) or AEC industry or have worked in indirect partnership management.
      • You have strong problemsolving skills and can present complex technical topics effectively.
      • You thrive in a customerfacing role while maintaining deep technical expertise.
      • You are a selfstarter with strong ownership and a proactive mindset and have excellent presentation and communication skills.
      • Bonus: You speak French or Arabic and have experience working with geospatial resellers.
