Job Description Summary:

The Contract, Commercial Operations plays a vital role in integrating and managing new data sets to support PTCs product launches, with a focus on claims data, payer data, and new Specialty Pharmacy Providers. Essential responsibilities include ensuring data quality and validation, enhancing CRM functionality, and coordinating process improvements. This role requires managing crossfunctional collaboration, performing data analysis, and maintaining documentation to ensure efficient and accurate reporting solutions.
Additionally, the analyst manages team rosters, assesses alignment changes, and communicates key inputs to crossfunctional partners. They also assist in planning integrated change request processes across BIIT departments, conduct geographical sales analysis, and ensure data quality in reporting solutions. The analyst is responsible for maintaining SOP documentation, data mapping, data dictionaries, and reporting standards.
The incumbent ensures adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as appropriate.
