This position works at Izmir location inthe Core DiagnosticsDivision that we’re empowering smarter medical andeconomic decisionmaking to help transform the way people manage their health at all stages of life. Every day, more than 10 million tests are run on Abbott’s diagnostics instruments, providing lab results for millions of people.

Our diagnostic solutionsare used in hospitals, laboratories and clinics around the globe. The crucial information derived from our tests, instrumentsand informatics systemsare often the first step in patient care decision making for hundreds of health conditions from heart attacks to blood disorders to infectious diseases and cancers.

What You’ll Do

  • Acts as technical solution provider for an effective and un-interrupted system operation.
  • Responsible as a technical specialist in his territory and advanced service support for the first line service providers
  • installation of instruments and Abbottlink
  • Perform IQOQ (Installation QualificationOperation Qualification) procedures during and after installations.
  • Assist with customer business reviews
  • Besides primary territory of responsibility, as member of Turkey Service organizations,technical servicespecialist will also support   other territories and regions.
  •  Schedule and perform unplanned services and activities within customer expected time.
  • Identify technical support needs in his territory and implement actions proactively with team members.
  • Provide best in class solutions and experiences at customer expected level or beyond.
  •  Keep track of own spare parts stock.
  • Travel within the service area
  • Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements.
  • Success in this role is measured by Customer satisfaction scores (NPS),service key performance indicatorsachievement and economic growth and profitability per district.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.  University Degree in Engineering /Electronicsor Electrical / Biomedical / Mechanical / Biology or Physics is preferred.  
  • Min. 5 years experiences indiagnostic industry
  • Proven experience record in a technical position, supported by references.
  • Customer relationship and communication skills
  • Fast engagement to issues; strong task andprocess management
  • Technical service experience in repairs, maintenance of electromechanical systems preferred.
  • Strong interest toanalytical toolsandsoftware-oriented solutions/ practice
  • B class driving license and no obligation for travelling
