As the Director of Product Management, you will serve a vital role at Boulevard, driving product strategy and maintaining ownership of every detail within your product portfolio. We value leaders who think deeply, communicate clearly, and embrace collaboration and feedback. Youll help establish the vision for our endtoend customer experience across the entire product lifecycle and make an immediate impact.

What youll do here…

Establish product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with Boulevards mission and customer needs

Serve as the product owner for Boulevards entire product portfolio, setting priorities and working directly with customers to build solutions that address their core problems

Create and track KPIs and OKRs for the product team while leading key initiatives to achieve shared goals

Build the right solution for the right problem at the right time for the right user

Execute on roadmaps through discovery and delivery, continuously balancing customer and business needs

Challenge the R&D organization to be datadriven and qualityfocused, leveraging analytics to drive decisions with a continuous improvement mindset

Rally and align counterparts, crossfunctional teams, stakeholders, and executives around shared objectives

Scale Boulevards product management discipline by recruiting top talent, developing team members, and fostering a culture of excellence

Mentor and coach other Product Managers and team members while contributing to our product culture and advocating for best practices
