This role is a 12month fixedterm contract.
- Global Benefits Administration: Youll be responsible for the daytoday administration and compliance of benefit plans across EMEA and APAC regions, encompassing health, life, disability, leave of absence, and local pension programs. Youll also have the opportunity to learn about and support NAMER and LATAM benefits.

- Operational Excellence: Youll enhance efficiency and operational excellence by evolving benefit administration processes and improving employeefacing communications, making benefits easy to understand and appropriately utilized. This includes establishing and maintaining comprehensive operating procedures, with a key focus on optimizing Workdays benefits and absence modules.

- Key Relationships: Youll effectively partner with our network of local benefits brokers and providers, ensuring smooth plan operations and supporting renewals to deliver highquality, highvalue benefits. Youll also build and maintain strong crossfunctional relationships with essential internal teams (like Payroll and People Systems).

- Employee Experience: Youll maintain an intense focus on the employee experience, ensuring benefits and leaves are easily understood and accessible. Youll provide expert guidance and support to Udemates, resolving complex inquiries and addressing their needs.

- Program Governance: Youll ensure international programs comply with local laws and regulations, maintaining required compliance reporting and documentation. Youll also leverage data to support benchmarking and costbenefit analyses, making datainformed recommendations that balance the needs of Udemates and the business.

- Innovation: Youll take the lead on and significantly contribute to key benefitsrelated projects, focused on enhancing employee experience and optimising global program administration. Youll leverage strong analytical and structured thinking to develop impactful, forwardthinking solutions that help attract and retain top talent.

- Your Journey: You have 35 years of progressive experience in fullcycle benefits administration, ideally within a hightech multinational company. You bring deep expertise in the EMEA benefits landscape (experience in APAC and LATAM is a plus).
