About the role

To continue managing worldclass IT services for the company, Dremio is looking for an IT professional to strategically enhance and mature the corporate IT function. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience scaling IT in highgrowth environments, with a strong background in IT, security and compliance. They should be comfortable driving strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging their problemsolving and program management skills to enhance the productivity and security of the company and its employees. The company leverages SaaS heavily, and business owners administer their tech stack. Therefore, while deep systems experience is beneficial, strategic program management, proactive initiative, and advanced problemsolving are even more critical characteristics for this evolving role.

This role will report directly to the CISCO and will work closely with the engineering & SRE teams, security & compliance, and with the People team to administer user onboardingoffboarding and general IT help desk support.
