We are looking for a Field Account Manager to join our Sales Department - Laboratory Process Solutions (LPS) Business.

Nous recherchons un Field Account Manager pour rejoindre notre département Sales - Division Laboratory Process Solutions (LPS).

La région à couvrir pour ce poste est le sud-ouest de la France : Nouvelle-Aquitaine, Pays de la Loire, Centre Val de Loire (33, 17, 44, 79, 41, 37...).

Au sein de l'équipe commerciale Sud de France, vous développez et fidélisez votre portefeuille de distributeurs et de clients finaux.

  • Promouvoir et vendre les produits et services de l'organisation dans une zone géographique donnée, une gamme de produits ou un compte clé afin d'atteindre les objectifs de ventes et de revenus.

  • Évaluer et analyser les besoins des clients, répondre à leurs demandes et proposer des produits et des services en fonction des besoins.

  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe interfonctionnelle afin d'améliorer la perception du marché et de mettre en place des stratégies efficaces pour obtenir des contrats pour un compte donné.

  • Coordonner et participer aux activités de marketing sur le territoire assigné.

  • Évaluer fréquemment le potentiel de chaque client et planifier sa transformation en affaires

  • Gérer et construire de solides relations avec les clients pour un partenariat à long terme.

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un baccalauréat ou d'une expérience pertinente en biologie ou en chimie dans le domaine de la biopharmacie, des biotechnologies, des laboratoires universitaires et publics et de l'industrie.

  • 3 ans d'expérience minimum dans un poste similaire (vente directe ou distribution)

  • Bonne capacité de communication et de négociation

  • Motivé(e), énergique, orienté(e) vers les résultats, travailleur(se) acharné(e)

  • Bonne aptitude au travail en équipe et capacité avérée à travailler avec des équipes inter fonctionnelles

  • Volonté et capacité de voyager fréquemment dans votre périmètre

  • Maîtrise de la communication orale et écrite en anglais

  • Connaissance de l'informatique

  • Work closely with cross functional team to create higher market perception and successful strategies to gain business from an account

  • Coordinate and participate in marketing activities in assigned territory

  • Frequently assess the potential of each customer and plan to realize it into business

  • Manage and build strong customer relationships for long term partnership

What will convince us

  • Bachelor degree or with relevant experience in Biology or Chemistry with Bio Pharmaceuticals / biotechs ,Academics and public laboratories and Industries

  • 3 years of experience minimum in a similar position (Direct sales or distribution)

  • Good communication and negotiation skills

  • Self-motivated, energetic, results oriented, hard working

  • Good teamwork skills and proven ability to also work with cross-functional teams

  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently in your perimeter

  • Fluent oral and written communication in English

  • PC Literate
