A European fertility sector leader is rolling out a comprehensive digital suite—including CRM, EMR, a mobile app, and a data platform—to standardize operations across IVF clinics in multiple European countries. We are seeking experienced Project Manager Rollout Managers to drive the successful implementation of these solutions across clinics.
Lead endtoend planning, coordination, and execution of the digital suite rollout across multiple clinics in different European regions
Act as the bridge between the central digital team and local clinic teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk management strategies for each rollout phase
Manage and coordinate data migration, system integration, and user training to ensure a seamless transition from legacy systems
Conduct stakeholder workshops and manage change adoption within local clinic teams
Collaborate with thirdparty software vendors (Creatio, eBase, and inhouse app developers) to address technical challenges and customization needs
Define and track KPIs for successful implementation, including system adoption, operational efficiency, and user satisfaction
Identify and resolve project risks and issues, escalating when necessary
Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations and data protection laws (e.g., GDPR)
Provide regular project updates to senior management and key stakeholders
5+ years of experience in project management, rollout management, or IT implementation, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
Background in IVF clinics, healthcare providers, or digital health solutions is a plus
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to navigate complex organizational structures
Sound knowledge of data migration, system integration, and change management principles
Familiarity with agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) preferred
Ability to work in a fastpaced, multicultural environment and travel within Europe as needed
Fluency in English; additional European languages (e.g., Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Czech, Slovak) are an advantage
