Location: Remote – Europe (with travel)
Preferred Home Base: Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, or England
Other Considerations: Denmark, Czech Republic, Ireland
Compensation: €50,000 – €65,000 base salary + uncapped commissions (DOE)

We’re seeking a highperforming, selfdriven Regional Sales Manager to lead this charge—someone ready to capitalize on a highgrowth opportunity with strong support and uncapped earning potential. You’ll report directly to VP of Europe Sales, and be a key player in scaling CAF’s presence across the Europe.


What You’ll Do

  • Drive Growth. Lead B2B sales across a boundaryless European territory. Own the full sales cycle—prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
  • Build Relationships. Become a trusted advisor to major retailers and vendor partners. Deliver value through insights, training, and customer education.
  • Develop Strategy. Shape and execute gotomarket plans. Contribute to hiring and managing local support teams as needed.
  • Travel Smart. Attend strategic meetings and customer visits—expect around 30% travel across Europe.

      • Proven Performer. You’ve got 5+ years of success in B2B consultative sales, ideally in the retail petroleum sector or with large enterprise clients. You close deals and grow accounts.
