  Purpose of RoleSummary:

  
  

  The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and translating business requirements into technical and functional specifications. They collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and technical teams, to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.

  
  

  
  

  Main Activities & Responsibilities:

  
  
  

  • Arrange different meetings with relevant stakeholders to accurately collect requirements, analyze them, and deliver them to relevant teams
  • Senior Business analyst should keep all meetings, solutions, and requirements documented
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional and nonfunctional specifications to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Design solutions that fit each project and business needs as required via objective
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on business processes and systems relevant to PMOled projects as well as product enhancements
  • Ensure business alignment with PMO governance, methodology, and standards
  • Track and report KPIs, project milestones, and key deliverables to senior leadership as well as relevant stakeholders
  • Continuously identify opportunities for digital and operational transformation within scope
  • Support the development of business cases, including costbenefit analysis, risk assessment, and ROI on different projects and products assigned
  • Work alongside project and product managers to monitor progress, manage scope, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives
  • Monitor project KPIs and ensure alignment with the regulatory and operational standards specific to the Financial Brokerage industry
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate system golive readiness across relevant departments when requested
  • Evaluate vendor solutions and platforms related to liquidity providers, trading platforms (MT4MT5cTrader and others), as well client portals, mobile apps and relevant thirdparty platforms
  • Conduct training and rollouts on all accomplished projects while delegating them to the product team upon completion. Further training might be required upon completion of projects
  • Create various reports showcasing deliverables, enhancements, and full project analysis

    Required Skills & Experience:

    
    
    

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Business Administration or any other field is acceptable
    • 3+ years experience in Project Management andor Business Administration in CFDFXCrypto industry
    • Strong understanding of PMO frameworks, project governance, and portfolio management
    • Fluent in English both written and spoken; Ukrainian will be considered an advantage
    • Proven expertise in business process modeling, requirements gathering, and data analysis
    • Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Visio, and Excel
    • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies; certification (CBAP, PMIPBA, or similar) is a plus
    • Strong technical knowledge
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Creative Multitasker with a strong work ethic
    • Ability to communicate effectively ideas and interpersonal skills amongst stakeholders and teams

      • The role is in Limassol, Cyprus and is open to Remote Working from Ukraine, Poland or Bulgaria
