  • Manage and grow sales in the Southern Europe region, focusing on oilseed, feed, and alternative fuels industries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to develop proposals and technical solutions for customers.
  • Provide technical support to customers, including equipment sizing and process evaluation.
  • Maintain records of sales activities and market developments using Salesforce.

Job description

To meet the upcoming and new market demands, we are growing our CPM organization. Aftermarket team is looking at expanding their focus in the Market. For this reason, we are looking for a Territory Manager in Southern Europe for all markets (feed, waste and fuel).

CPM develops, produces, and sells both systems and individual production units. CPM is a highly successful organization in a niche market. The extensive range of machinery including grinding systems, conditioning systems and pellet mills are used for processing bulk materials in the biomass industry, the production of animal feed, waste recycling and biomass all global industries that are growing strongly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Territory Manager, you are responsible for working with the Commercial Aftermarket Director of EMEA and other colleagues to define and champion commercial efforts for the entire CPM product line in your region. The focus is to both affirm our market presence within the existing customer base and grow our business in the region.
You are a sales professional with experience in advising and guiding sales strategy to deliver sales targets. You should be recognized as an expert in the Southern Europe market and will work across the biomass and feed industries.
This position plays a key role in the future direction of the organization and the development of strategies in the Southern Europe market.
