About the Position: The Manager, Relationship Management (RMM) is responsible for leading a team of Relationship Managers to drive growth, increase revenue, and strengthen partner relationships across the agent portfolio. Reporting to the Associate Director of Relationship Management, this role oversees departmental operations, ensures strategic alignment with company goals, and fosters a highperformance team culture. The RMM also serves as a key liaison with partners, ensuring operational excellence and satisfaction.

Essential Functions:
  • Lead and coach a team of Relationship Managers to optimize partner performance and revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue valuebased opportunities to increase revenue from customer activity.
  • Monitor account and portfolio performance; recommend service enhancements to improve partner experience.
  • Drive product adoption and service promotions to support revenue growth.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex partner issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Oversee departmental planning, workload distribution, and performance management.
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, training, and continuous development of team members.
  • Approve timecards, manage timeoff requests, conduct performance reviews, and handle disciplinary actions.
  • Recommend and implement policy and procedural improvements to support business development.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and new partners.
  • Oversee updates to partner agreements and ensure satisfaction with services.
  • Implement quality assurance strategies based on business forecasts and support needs.
  • Manage internal systems, ticketing workflows, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Lead retention initiatives and contribute to policy development.
  • Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by the Executive team.
  • Other duties as assigned.
    • Qualifications:
      • High School Diploma or equivalent
      • 5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or client services.
      • 25 years management experience required specific to relationship management.
      • Strong understanding of the payments industry.
      • Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive results.
      • Excellent communication, problemsolving, and interpersonal skills.
      • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
      • ETA CPP a plus.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
      • Indepth knowledge of FiservFirst DataTSYS platforms and systems.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex data sets methodically to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
      • Skilled in conflict resolution, decisionmaking, and problemsolving across varying levels of complexity and ambiguity.
      • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
      • Proven leadership capabilities, including the ability to guide, motivate, and provide constructive feedback to team members.
      • Strategic thinking with the ability to align departmental initiatives with broader organizational goals and identify opportunities for process improvement.

            • Pay Range: $96k $110k
