Job description

We are looking for a resultsoriented, operational and administrative expert to play the role of our Chief of Staff or Chief Executive Assistant to oversee the execution of all operational functions and processes within our rapidly growing organization. We are looking for a highly organized, selfstarter, with highly effective communication skills, an ability to handle challenges and conflict, and a problem solver with strong attention to detail.


In this role, you will be trusted as the strategic righthand person to the Founder. You will help drive the strategic business planning, support and direct change management throughout the organization, support and help drive organizationwide performance and alignment of the operations cross functionally while ensuring teams are focused and aligned with the Founders mission, values, projects and growth plans.


In this role, you will be reporting to our Founder and accountable for administrative and operational standards and goals. You will be trusted with complex duties to create and execute operational planning to fulfill the intentions and objectives of the Founder as well as drive the strategic execution of current operational planning.


In this role, you will be accountable to successfully fulfill and execute requests and tasks set by the Founder, and responsibly as a selfstarter and independently manage, track, report, and ensure day to day operations as well as whatever you see fit to ensure the success of the team. You will be the nexus point that ensures the function and flow of day to day operations.


You will have authority and capacity to improve or modify the current operating systems and strategies. Your contribution to the efficiency and effectiveness of the business will be both through providing personalized and timely support to the Founder as well as through taking ownership, responsibility, and being proactive toward the big picture view of what you see will have the team most success at fulfilling key intentions and goals.

Requirements

You Will

  • Implement the appropriate tools and measurement systems to drive the adoption of FRIEDOM’s strategy.

  • Work with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress on our goals and create metrics, reports or meeting notes aligned to FRIEDOM’s strategy.

  • Drive a cohesive approach to aligning any form of change management activities including communications, planning, training and stakeholder management.

  • Build connections and cross functionality across all FRIEDOM communication channels and databases

  • Collaborate with the leadership team, technology, governance, HR and finance to track, analyze, and report on performance, SLAs, KPIs, project goals and change initiatives, as needed.

  • Analyze and report performance based on strategies and business goals and recommend areas needing improvement.

  • Improve and update operational, and organizational

  • Continue to enhance transparency (dashboards) on performance and progress.

  • Manage complex projects, calendars, scheduling, travel, email and other operational systems inside of operational excellence

    • About You, You Bring

      • Bachelors degree in business or equivalent degreeexperience

      • 4+ years working with collaborative teams managing technical, operational and administrative projects and staff.

      • Business experience driving execution and adoption of key strategic programs across large teams.

      • Ability to work in a flexible manner in line with the organizations objectives and willingness to undertake other duties as reasonably requested.

      • Hands on experience in software andor system integration with key project or platform management systems.

      • Project management skills and experience.

      • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.

      • A track record in leading and delivering complex largescale projects and partnerships, often managing a range of internal and external stakeholders.
