Senior Professional Services Consultant🚀

We are seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to be a strategic partner in implementing our software solutions for our customer base. This role is key to our clients success, requiring a unique combination of technical mastery, exceptional consulting skills, and a deep customer focus.

📍Location: Remote work anywhere in Mexico

Role Responsibilities:
  • Specialized skills such as integration with APIs, NERC CIP solution delivery, or Information Systems Security.
  • Lead the implementation of software solutions, develop custom scripts, and integrate our products into complex customer environments.
  • Act as a key consultant, identifying selling opportunities (software and services).
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues to ensure customer success.
  • Support junior team members and act as a mentor, sharing your knowledge and experience.
  • Occasionally, deliver formal training on our products to customers and partners.
  • Deep knowledge of Windows OS, LinuxUNIX OS, or IBMi.
