About us

Language Trainers is an international language training agency (based in USA, UK, Brazil, Australia) which provides qualified language teachers to clients in over 10 countries. Since 2004, we have taught over 50,000 students on an individual basis.

We are looking for a Teacher Recruitment Assistant with excellent skills in English, to provide support to our growing team in the UK, Europe, Australia, Canada and USA. The job will require remote work (i.e. working from home) and the successful applicant will be working under direct supervision from the Teachers Recruitment Supervisor. You will need to possess a very good command of the English language. You will also need to be highly organized, have an excellent telephone manner and a good command of Microsoft Office Suite. The job requires access to a computer and good broadband internet connection. Willingness to work flexible hours would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Organize teacher search via online and offline resources, carrying out follow ups of contacted teachers.
    • Skills

      • Fluent spokenwritten English and preferably speak at least one other language
      • Excellent phone manner Excellent PC (Microsoft Office & internet) skills
      • Strong organizational skills
      • Capable of analysis and good attention to detail

                • Working Conditions

                  • The job will be from Monday to Friday 9am6pm USA time, 1 hour break.
                  • Paid holidays, 31 days including public holidays, after probationary period that is 3 months.
                  • Salary: US$900 plus TR commission
