With over 50 million users worldwide, we are expanding rapidly and looking for a Senior Manager of Paid Media to lead our global Media investments.

Overview of the Role

We’re seeking a datadriven and strategic Senior Manager, Paid Media to lead our global paid marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving scalable growth, optimizing media performance, and contributing to our fullfunnel marketing strategy. You’ll work crossfunctionally with other Marketing teams, Product, Analytics, and Finance teams to design campaigns that are as performancedriven as they are brandaligned.

Key Responsibilities

Global Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Lead global campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and offline channels. Balance brandbuilding initiatives with directresponse tactics to optimize both shortterm results and longterm customer value. Build and execute fullfunnel paid media strategies.

  • Media Performance Optimization: Manage a robust tracking infrastructure for realtime optimization and transparent ROI reporting. Analyze key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, CPI) and deliver actionable insights to maximize performance across all channels.
  • Report & Analysis: Take full ownership of the financial outcomes of all growth led marketing initiatives, ensuring that they align with the company’s profitability goals. Set and monitor key financial metrics, such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (LTV), and return on ad spend (ROAS), to optimize marketing spend. Ensure all marketing investments are datadriven and tied to measurable financial outcomes, directly contributing to the overall business P&L and sustainable growth.
  • Experimentation & Innovation: Foster a testandlearn culture through structured AB testing and iterative experimentation. Partner with the product team on landing page and onproduct tests to improve conversion and retention.
  • Affiliate Marketing Partnerships: Expand and manage a global network of affiliates. Implement commissionbased models that drive acquisition and align incentives with longterm profitability.
  • Crossfunctional Collaboration: Work with Analytics and Product to ensure paid media strategies are datainformed and outcomeoriented.
  • Growth Culture & Thought Leadership: Champion a growth mindset within the team and across departments. Contribute to longterm systems and frameworks that support compounding growth.
    • Skills and Qualifications
      • 610 years in Paid Media, Growth Marketing and Performance Marketing.
      • Fullfunnel campaigns and global media strategies are a huge plus
      • Proven track record managing largescale paid campaigns across multiple channels
      • Strong analytical mindset with expertise in attribution, media mix modeling,, and fullfunnel metrics
      • Experience working with crossfunctional teams with strong bias to negotiation and peer influence
      • Comfortable with data platforms, dashboards, and a handson approach to tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, GA4, TikTok Ads Manager, and Looker
      • Experience with Affiliate marketing
      • Background on DTC and B2C. Previous experience on subscriptionbased business models desired.
      • Managerial experience with remote teams
      • Experience on selecting and managing Media Agencies overseas
      • Familiarity with AI and writing tools is a bonus

          We are a virtualfirst company and have employees dispersed throughout the United States, Canada, India and the Netherlands. We have a marketbased pay structure that varies by location. The base pay for this position is dependent on multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed. You may also be eligible to participate in our bonus program and may be offered benefits, and other types of compensation.
