This is a remote position.
We are seeking a talented Marketing Creative Strategist to drive our marketing initiatives by combining market insights with creative vision. This role requires a deep understanding of Latin American markets, consumer behavior, and cultural trends. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with clients, innovative teams, and other stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that achieve our business objectives.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
Strong experience in researching and analyzing Meta ads to identify key trends and opportunities.
Proven track record in managing content creators, ensuring quality output and timely delivery.
Extensive experience in creative marketing strategy development, with a focus on Latin American markets.
Deep understanding of cultural nuances and consumer behavior within LATAM.
Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to execute creative visions effectively.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
A creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in digital advertising campaigns targeting LATAM audiences.
Knowledge of datadriven marketing tools and performance analytics.
Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and other relevant marketing platforms.
