We’re looking for a highenergy, selfmotivated Lead Generation Specialist who thrives on outbound prospecting and building relationships from the ground up. This role is all about the hunt. You’ll be the first point of contact for veterinary clinics, introducing them to Koala Health and setting the stage for productive sales conversations. Success in this role means confidently dialing, emailing, and finding creative ways to connect with decisionmakers while uncovering real clinic needs and booking qualified meetings for our Partner Relationship Managers.
What Youll Do:
Conduct thoughtful, highquality discovery calls with veterinary clinics to understand their challenges and spark interest in KoalaBook qualified meetings for our Partner Relationship Managers based on real clinic insights
Use Salesforce to track outreach, manage followups, and maintain clean pipeline records
Clearly and confidently explain how Koala supports veterinary teams and improves the client experience
Consistently meet and exceed outreach goals across calls, emails, and social channels
Collaborate with the sales team to align messaging and share realtime feedback
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our outbound process and prospecting strategies
Stay informed on the veterinary industry, competitor offerings, and clinic pain points
What Youll Need:
1+ years of B2B inside sales or lead generation experience, preferably in the veterinary or animal health industry
A true hunter mentality with a passion for outbound outreach and opening doors
Resilient, selfstarting, and comfortable with rejection in a fastpaced environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbalFamiliarity with CRMs like Salesforce
