  • Maintain and update deposition, hearing, and attorney calendars.
  • Schedule meetings and conference calls.
  • Organize and distribute court notices and documents, including scanning and emailing.
  • Track court filings and deadlines, and create reports.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain current, detailed and accurate depositionhearing and attorney calendars
  • Schedule meetings and conference calls
  • Separate, scanning and emailing of job notices and documents as needed
  • Email andor phone calls for follow up and confirmations
  • Organize and distribute information relating to court calls
  • Track court filings and court deadlines
  • Create and print reports
  • Interact with other personnel, business owners, law firms, interpreters and court reporters


    • Qualifications:

      • Very strong understanding of Federal, State and Local court rules and procedures,
      • Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, MS Excel, and MS Office, including Outlook
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills
      • Exceptional attention to detail
      • Organizational skills
      • Ability to multitask and work in fast paced, multitask environment
      • Able to work well with others
      • Knowledge of LexisNexis
      • Familiarity with CompulawMilana calendaring software is preferred
