  • Maintain and update client and case information in Salesforce and handle referrals and introductions.

Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hoursweek, Monday Friday 9 am 1 pm


    • Responsibilities:


      • Interact with clients to collect information for forming business entities including LLCs and corporations
      • Perform basic drafting using form template agreements
      • Prepare advanced legal documents including employment agreements and asset purchase agreements
      • Support client intake processes primarily through email communication
      • Respond to service inquiries received through the company website
      • Manage introductions and referrals from other parties introducing potential clients
      • Enter and maintain client information in Salesforce practice management software
      • Update case records in Salesforce as deals progress, adding participants such as other lawyers, realtors, and involved parties
      • Handle professional communications via phone, email, SMS, and video calls
        • Requirements:


          • Strong communication skills with professional client service background
          • Basic legal background with understanding of legal processes and terminologies
          • Experience in customer service with legal industry background preferred
          • Business background with legal experience
          • Ability to communicate professionally with clients in a clientfacing role
          • Familiarity with legal terminology and processes
          • Proficiency in practice management software and CRM systems
