Job description

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a versatile Partner Sales person (mwd) with a great track record of working with sales partners of a SaaS company. As a Partner Manager (mfd) you will be responsible for building a new channel, from setting up the strategy to managing the sales and cooperation partners. You will have the opportunity to develop the channel yourself and, if successful, to recruit and manage your own team.
YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • You are responsible for building strong relationships with customers and strategic partners to fully understand their business, solutions and technical requirements.
  • You will develop and implement a comprehensive client and territory plan that supports multiple client teams andor specific assigned partners to drive the achievement of revenue and profit targets.
  • You will be responsible for the overall channel strategy and commercial agreement and contract design and negotiation between partners.
  • You are responsible for partner onboarding and offboarding, in addition to being accountable for sales.
  • You work closely with the marketing team to create the marketing plan.
  • You build longterm strategic relationships with key strategic partners and continuously look for opportunities to add value to our partners.
  • You will work closely with partners and support them with any concerns they may have.
  • You will also ensure customer and partner satisfaction and understand the current and future needs of our partners.


    • IN ORDER FOR YOU TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU BRING:
      • You have a successfully completed university degree or a comparable qualification.
      • You have 2+ years of experience in partner management in a similar field.
      • You have experience in building indirect channels.
      • You have strong skills in selling an innovative product in a futureoriented industry.
      • You have a structured and independent way of working as well as planning and organisational skills.
      • You can work effectively and across teams and enjoy what you do.
      • You speak and write English fluently.
