Job Title: Freelance Trainer – OpsRamp Engineer Administrator

Mode: Online | Type: ProjectBased
Experience: 5+ Years in IT Infrastructure Monitoring
Duration: As per project scope

Key Skills Required:

  • OpsRamp Platform Setup & Administration

  • Infrastructure Monitoring (Servers, Network, Applications)

  • Discovery Profiles, Topology & Service Maps

  • Alerting, Escalation Policies, Incident Management

  • ITSM Integration (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)

  • Automation Workflows & Runbook Creation

  • Scripting (PowerShell, Python – Preferred)

  • Cloud Integration: AWS Azure GCP


    • Responsibilities:
