Job Title: Senior Certified Public Accountant (CPA)


Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to take the lead in managing comprehensive accounting operations for our clients. This role demands high-level expertise in financial reporting, advisory, compliance, and the use of modern accounting systems. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting client growth through sound financial planning, strategy, and analysis.


Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Financial Transaction Rectification – Monitor, review, and correct daily financial entries for accuracy and compliance.

• Daily Expense Reporting – Process and validate day-to-day operational expenses.

• End-of-Month Financial Reporting – Prepare and present monthly financial reports.

• Profit and Loss (P&L) Accounts – Compile and analyze monthly P&L statements to guide business decisions.

• Manage end-to-end bookkeeping processes and ensure transaction accuracy across client accounts.

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support financial stability and growth.

• Advise clients on financial planning, risk management, and business strategy tailored to their goals.

• Oversee payroll, tax filings, and statutory requirements to ensure timely compliance.

• Conduct audits and internal reviews to ensure financial data integrity and regulatory compliance.

• Ensure accurate reconciliation of all accounts, bank statements, and general ledgers.

• Expert in Xero – manage and optimize financial workflows using the Xero accounting platform.


Qualifications:

• Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 5+ years of experience in a senior accounting role.

• Proven expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and advisory.

• Strong command of Xero and other accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Stripe, SAP, NetSuite).

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Experience managing client accounts across different industries is a plus.

• Must have a reliable internet connection (minimum 25 to 50 Mbps) with backup internet and power source.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup, aligned with UK business hours.

• Part Time – 10 hours per week
