Senior Technical Recruiter (ContracttoHire)

This is a contracttohire role reporting directly to the COO & Technical Recruiting Lead, with a clear path to fulltime if it’s a mutual fit.

About the Role

We’re growing and need a discerning, relationshipdriven Senior Technical Recruiter who can lead searches for Senior+ and Directorlevel engineers with warmth, clarity, and confidence. You’ll work directly with founders and hiring managers, guiding candidates from first conversation to offer; all while partnering with a dedicated sourcing team to fill the top of the funnel.

This is not a phone jockey role. Top candidates get booked onto your calendar so you can focus on building trust quickly, navigating ambiguity, and running a tight, hightouch process with both candidates and clients.
