Senior Product Manager German

About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a passionate Senior Product Manager to help turn our product strategy into meaningful reality. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive the development of customercentric products that create real impact. You’ll collaborate closely with our CEO and crossfunctional teams, from Product and UX to Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Service, to shape the product roadmap and lead initiatives from idea to iteration.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Translate strategy into action: Turn product vision into a clear, prioritized roadmap aligned with business goals
• Lead the entire product lifecycle: Own the full journey from discovery through delivery to continuous improvement
• Drive rituals and process: Organize and lead product ceremonies, reporting rhythms, and milestone planning to ensure transparency and alignment
• Be the voice of the user: Gather insights through research and feedback to shape product decisions
• Prototype and validate: Craft wireframes or mockups to test ideas early, spark collaboration, and guide development
• Collaborate deeply: Partner with Product Owners, Designers, Engineers, and more stakeholders across the company to build the right things, the right way
• Make datainformed decisions: Use both qualitative and quantitative data to guide prioritization and iterate on features
• Communicate with clarity: Keep stakeholders informed, manage expectations, and align everyone toward shared outcomes
• Champion the customer: Always advocate for a product experience that adds value and feels effortless for users

• Your Profile

  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Multiple years of endtoend product management experience, ideally in a B2BB2B2C SaaS environment
  • An excellent sense for great UX, and confidence creating wireframes or conceptual mockups to support ideation
  • A strategic thinker with great execution skills who can translate strategy into action
  • Proven experience collaborating crossfunctionally with both technical and business teams
  • Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding skills, with empathy and openness
  • Solid understanding of agile principles and product best practices
  • Great project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient using AI tools to accelerate product discovery, delivery, or operations
