What is the purpose of this role?

We’re looking for an IAM Automation Engineer to strengthen the foundation of our identity and access management strategy while helping us scale smarter. In this role, youll play a critical part in enhancing our security posture, enabling seamless user access, and improving internal efficiencies through automation. Your work will directly impact the productivity and safety of our workforce by ensuring the right people have the right access at the right time with minimal friction.

What is the role?

The IAM Automation Engineer is responsible for developing and maintaining identity and access management (IAM) systems while driving automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency. This role involves managing access controls using tools like Okta and Google Workspace, automating user onboardingoffboarding, and building selfservice tools or custom integrations with platforms like Slack and Jira. The engineer also supports access governance through RBAC models and auditing processes. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of security, productivity, and automation—and wants to build scalable, secure, and userfriendly IT experiences.
