ABOUT THE ROLE

Teikametrics is looking for an eCommerce Media Analyst to join our incredibly fastgrowing global enterprise managed services team. This is an Account Management role where you’ll work closely with Customer Success Managers and amazing highgrowth brands across multiple eCommerce advertising platforms. In this role, you’ll be contributing to the exciting growth and scale of Teikametrics. This includes helping shape our operations, community, and culture of hardworking, empathetic, and incredibly fun and talented team members.

HOW YOULL SPEND YOUR TIME
  • Execute Amazon & Walmart Advertising Campaigns: Manage Amazon & Walmart advertising investment and strategy for multiple directresponse ad types across a portfolio of clients. Deliver consistent quarteronquarter growth in client advertising performance and investment.
  • Data Analysis: Source and analyze data through the use of internal and external tools such as Excel to provide services as needed. Design reporting methods, concentrated on data visualization, to develop insights into brand performance that are not readily evident through creative and strategic thinking.
  • Client Strategy: Collaborate with a Customer Success Manager to identify growth opportunities and present strategic recommendations, backed by data insights, directly to customers. Ensure that strategic initiatives are effectively implemented and measured for success.
  • Solve for Process Inefficiencies: Develop tools, processes, and reporting solutions for inefficiencies in daily campaign management execution.
  • Become an Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Advertising, eCommerce, and Direct Marketing Expert: Stay apace with new direct marketing innovations coming out of Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok to guide clients through adoption.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Provide meaningful and structured customer feedback to the Teikametrics product, data science, and development teams to drive automation of critical valueadditive components of campaign optimization and reporting. Advocate for our customers needs to ensure their perspectives are considered in product and service development.
  • Mentor Junior Team Members: Onboard and mentor junior team members and new hires, fostering a supportive environment focused on knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal product, sales, and marketing teams to develop new products, services, and marketing initiatives.

  • WHO YOU ARE
  • Experience: 2+ years of Paid Search (PPC) account management experience.35 years of experience as a clientanalyst for a retailoriented software or services company. This can include a background directly at an eCommerce business, an advertising technology company, or directmarketing services agency.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree ideally with a concentration in Economics, Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, Mathematics, or Communications. Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong quantitative skills, a passion for data analysis, and familiarity with SQL and advanced experience in MS Excel. Data management experience (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI) a plus. Superlative communication skills with deep proficiency in professional writing and presentation.
  • Professional Development: Certifications in Amazon Advertising and Walmart Advertising consoles
