As a Senior QA Automation professional, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the quality of our software solutions. You will define and implement comprehensive test strategies, collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, and leverage the latest automation frameworks to deliver highquality products that meet client expectations. Your role is critical in shaping our quality assurance processes and driving our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and maintain test plans, traceability, and entryexit criteria to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Write and execute manual and automated tests, including functional, regression, and exploratory tests.
Collaborate with teams on shared testing suites, including API tests in Postman and the review of automation scripts.
Integrate and monitor tests within CICD pipelines, implementing a shiftleft testing approach.
Coordinate test data and environments with DevOps, managing fixtures and stubs effectively.
Log detailed and reproducible bug reports and assist in defect triage processes.
Provide test results and release readiness reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Musthave Skills:

Experience with an automation framework (PlaywrightJavaScript preferred).
Familiarity with JMeter for backend automation.
Understanding of the testing pyramid and types: Smoke, UI, API, Regression, Accessibility.
Knowledge of metrics, dashboards, and QA reporting tools.
Familiarity with Git, SQL, Postman, and JiraScrum processes.
Basic knowledge of CICD and Continuous Validation pipelines.
Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders and present to leadership.
Strong English (upperintermediate or above) and ability to multitask.

Nicetohave Skills:

Experience with JMeter for load and performance testing.
Ability to configure initial automation projects.
