Key responsibilities:

  • Liaise with stakeholders in the supply chain cycle.
  • Coordinate with carriers and freight forwarders for bookings and shipments.
  • Ensure shipments comply with contractual terms.
  • Prepare and manage commercial documentation accurately.

Job description

This is a remote position.


Liaising with various stakeholders in the supply chain cycle
Monitor and co-ordinate with carriers/freight forwarders for booking and shipment delivery
Ensure all shipments are effected as per contractual term
Preparation of commercial documents on a timely and accurate basis
Responsible for translation of material requirements to support customers’ and company’s needs
Communicate, communicate and comply with internal departments
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Shipping/Logistics Management/Supply Chain or equivalent.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of Shipping Operations.
A good Team Player with strong interpersonal skills.
Able to multi task and work under pressure.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

Benefits
$4,500 a month + reimbursement of all business-related expenses (mileage etc.) full-time with flexible hours
