The Vice President, Pricing Strategy will own the development and execution of R365’s pricing and packaging strategies that maximize revenue, profitability, and market competitiveness for Restaurant365s product portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this is a highimpact, foundational role—you will be the first hire focused solely on pricing and packaging and will be responsible for building the function from the ground up. Youll set the vision, establish best practices, and lay the groundwork for a highperforming team as the organization scales. This role requires deep SaaS pricing expertise, strategic thinking, and strong crossfunctional leadership to drive longterm growth and monetization success.
How youll add value:
Strategic Pricing Leadership: Own and evolve Restaurant365’s endtoend monetization strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities; establish and lead pricing governance processes to drive consistency, accountability, and executive alignment; influence Clevel stakeholders with datadriven insights and strategic recommendations around pricing and packaging
Packaging & Monetization Strategy: Develop scalable packaging frameworks that align with buyer personas, product value, and customer journey stages; identify and optimize monetization models (e.g., tiered, usagebased, feature bundles) to support upsell, crosssell, and retention; ensure packaging reflects clear differentiation and supports demand generation, product adoption, and market expansion
CrossFunctional Alignment & Execution: Partner closely with Product, Finance, Sales, Rev Ops, and Customer Success to ensure pricing and packaging strategies align with margin goals, product value, and gotomarket execution; lead internal rollout of pricing changes through detailed enablement plans, sales tools, and objectionhandling resources; support Sales Enablement in delivering training materials, competitive positioning, and playbooks to ensure sales readiness
Market Intelligence & Competitive Benchmarking: Conduct and leverage market research, customer interviews, and competitor pricing analysis to inform strategy; stay ahead of industry trends, emerging monetization models, and SaaS best practices; translate insights into actionable pricing and packaging decisions that enhance Restaurant365’s market position
DataDriven Optimization & Performance Measurement: Design and run pricing experiments and AB tests to evaluate elasticity, adoption, and revenue impact; develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to track pricing performance and identify optimization opportunities; leverage advanced analytics and modeling to inform ongoing pricing strategy and monitor success against KPIs

What youll need to be successful in this role:
12+ years of experience in pricing, packaging, or monetization strategy, with significant experience in SaaS or recurring revenue models
Proven ability to drive successful monetization strategies that deliver measurable impact
Strong crossfunctional leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, pricing models (tiered, usagebased, valuebased), and buyer psychology
Experience developing gotomarket strategies in close partnership with product marketing, product management, and revenue teams
R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation
This position has a salary range of $250,000 $290,000 per year. Actual salary may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, business line, and geographic location.
