We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Creative Project Manager to join our Client Services team. In this role, you’ll act as the linchpin between clients, internal teams, and the creative process managing timelines, budgets, and workflows while ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll own the daytoday execution of creative projects from concept to delivery, balancing highquality output with business goals and timelines.


Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

  • Manage client and internal projects from start to finish, using Wrike to own timelines, deliverables, and status updates.
  • Scope creative projects with a clear understanding of client needs, timelines, budgets, and available resources.
  • Maintain clean, detailed creative work orders that serve as both instruction and documentation.
  • Facilitate kickoff and status meetings to keep all stakeholders aligned.
    • Team Coordination:

      • Monitor creative team capacity and help prioritize incoming requests based on designer skillset, availability, and fit.
      • Assign and delegate work to ensure the best team is matched to each project, and workflows are followed for consistency.
      • Forecast upcoming resourcing needs and support freelancer onboarding when needed.
        • Client Relations & Administration:

          • Serve as the communication hub between creative, client services, and accounts teams.
          • Proactively identify blockers and adjust timelines, budget, or resources as needed to meet project goals.
          • Reconcile creative costs and budgets monthly in collaboration with the Accounts team.
            • The expected salary range for this fulltime position is $45,000 to $71,000 per year. The final offer will depend on experience, skills, and location.

              Requirements

              Education and Experience:

              Required:

              • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
              • 3+ years of experience in project management or account management, ideally within Sports, Entertainment, or a Creative agency.
              • Experience with client services and delivering highquality customer experiences.
              • Familiarity working with internal creative teams, freelancers, and independent contractors.
                • Preferred:

                  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, ACP, or similar).
                  • Strong understanding of creative agency workflows, especially in digital or social content environments.
                    • Skills and Abilities:

                      Required:

                      • Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
                      • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.
                      • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders.
                      • Experience using project management tools (preferably Wrike).
                      • Ability to make autonomous decisions balancing client needs, team capacity, and budget constraints.
                      • Comfortable working in a fastpaced, highpressure environment.
                        • Preferred:

                          • Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.
                          • Experience in analyzing project budgets and reconciling costs.
