Nature and Scope

The GoToMarket Operations Manager is responsible for analyzing company and industry data with the goal of improving the efficiency of the commercial teams, ultimately driving sales and revenue. Working closely with the Sales, Product and Marketing teams to provide dashboards and reports to drive business decisions and insights that change the news.

We are seeking a resultsdriven GTM Operations Manager to join our growing team. This role will be instrumental in supporting our gotomarket teams through actionable insights, compensation program management, and process automation. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical acumen with operational rigor, a strategic mindset, and a passion for enabling revenue growth through data and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports primarily using Salesforce, Excel, and QuickSight to track sales performance, market trends, and business KPIs.
  • Automate and optimize reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and product performance to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development teams to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Support pricing and commercial offering optimization efforts to support overall business objectives.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports and dashboards.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in clear and compelling formats.
  • Drive key metric dashboards to assist commercial leadership in monitoring rep performance.
  • Communication of GoToMarket transformation programs to sales leadership to enable alignment to proposed forecast changes and information as to where gapclosing plan needs are indicated.
  • Assist with analysis needed for month end closing processes.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to provide sales management with data for business decisions.
  • Support sales compensation plan design and ensure accurate and easy to understand documentation.
  • Support performance analysis of plan.
    • Requirements
      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
      • 8+ years of experience in sales analytics or business intelligence role.
      • Expertise in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, Power Query, VBA preferred).
      • Strong proficiency in QuickSight (dashboard creation, data visualization, and storytelling).
      • Experience working with sales and marketing data to drive business insights.
      • Excellent communication skills; written & verbal
