This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

      Responsibilities
      • Handle incoming patient calls professionally during business hours, serving as the primary contact point
      • Schedule appointments efficiently for multiple physicians including orthopedic surgeons and family medicine doctors
      • Navigate and master the practice’s intuitive scheduling system to optimize patient flow
      • Provide exceptional customer service and address patient inquiries with empathy and professionalism
      • Coordinate appointment calendars across multiple providers to ensure seamless practice operations
      • Utilize appbased phone system technology to maintain consistent communication standards


        • Requirements

          • Previous experience as a medical scheduler or receptionist, preferably in US or Canadian healthcare settings
          • Strong verbal communication skills with a professional, caring demeanor
          • Familiarity with medical scheduling systems and patient management processes
          • Ability to work Eastern Time zone hours consistently
          • Experience with or willingness to quickly learn appbased phone systems
          • Knowledge of medical terminology, particularly in orthopedic and sports medicine fields
          • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a fastpaced environment
