Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 11 AM – 6 PM US Eastern Time (Aventura, FL) (35 hours)

  • Saturday: 9 AM – 2 PM US Eastern Time (Aventura, FL) (5 hours)

  • Sunday: Rest day

  • Includes a 30minute paid break

    • Total Weekly Hours: 40

As an Appointment Setter & Customer Service Representative, youll connect with prospective students, promote offers, and schedule free trial classes. Your friendly communication will help expand the studio while guiding individuals on their martial arts journey. This remote role blends sales and service, with real opportunities for advancement.

      Responsibilities
      • Promptly contact fresh leads (510 daily) generated by the marketing team, creating a positive first impression of the studio
      • Transform interested prospects into scheduled appointments for free trial classes, helping them begin their martial arts journey
      • Enthusiastically communicate current monthly promotions, highlighting special offers that make starting training more accessible
      • Respond quickly to incoming calls and customer inquiries, providing exceptional service within minutes or hours
      • Deliver outstanding customer care to both potential students and existing members, building strong relationships that foster loyalty
      • Efficiently manage a database of 5070 active leads, ensuring no opportunity is missed
      • Conduct strategic followups with unconverted leads, addressing concerns and reigniting interest in the studio’s programs
      • Contribute directly to the studio’s growth by maximizing appointment conversion rates


        • Requirements
          • Proven experience in telesales, appointment setting, or customer service roles where you’ve demonstrated excellent communication skills
          • Natural ability to connect with people over the phone, creating rapport and trust quickly
          • Exceptional listening skills to understand potential students’ needs and match them with appropriate programs
          • Availability to work during US Eastern Time business hours
          • Proficiency with CRM systems and phone dialer software
          • Selfmotivated work style with strong time management skills for successful remote work
          • Professional home office environment with reliable internet connection
          • Spanish language skills highly valued but not required
          • Experience with or interest in martial arts or fitness is a plus
          • Enthusiasm for helping people improve their lives through physical activity and personal development
