Content Specialist - work from home

This is a remote position.

• Write engaging blogs
  
• Develop content marketing initiatives with the team to drive traffic, engagement, and leads through demand generation activities
  
• Plan, coordinate and manage a variety of content streams including but not limited to website and blog content, product releases, press releases, white papers, infographics, social media postings, video scripts, email and social media campaigns
  
• Work with content marketing team to prepare positioning and messaging that communicates the value proposition of our products 
  
• Working with marketing and sales teams to prepare sales messaging, sequencing and cadences for product sales
  
• Basic SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution and measurement
  
• Ask questions and collect information to produce the most effective content strategy and editorial plan to achieve the business goals
  

Requirements

• Interest in creating content for a technical B2B organization
  BA/BS in English, journalism, communications, or a related field is a plus
• Expertise in SEO best practices and keyword research, experience using Google Trends & Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, Yoast, and other similar SEO tools
  
• Proficient in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, WordPress, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  Knowledge of the principles of writing, advertising, marketing, and media
• Blogging/ technical writing experience in mapping, mobility or logistics domain is a plus
