Key responsibilities:

  • Provide practical training on SFMC and CRM integration techniques.
  • Explain data synchronization, segmentation, and personalization processes.
  • Guide participants through real-world integration scenarios, including API calls and troubleshooting.
  • Develop training materials, exercises, and address participant questions.

Job Title: Freelance Trainer – SFMC Integration with CRM

Key Skills Required:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Integration

  • CRM Platforms: Salesforce SalesService Cloud, HubSpot, Dynamics 365

  • APIs (REST, SOAP) & Authentication (OAuth, JWT)

  • Data Extensions, Synchronized Data Sources

  • Journey Builder & Automation Studio

  • Contact Management & Segmentation

  • Use of Marketing Cloud Connect and Data Views

  • Handson with SSJS, AMPscript, SQL

  • Integration Tools (Mulesoft, Workato – optional)

    • Responsibilities:

      • Deliver practical training on integrating SFMC with CRMs

      • Explain data sync, segmentation, personalization & journey flows

      • Guide realworld integration setups, API calls & troubleshooting

      • Create training content, lab exercises, and answer participant queries
