This is an exciting opportunity for a digital marketing professional to take ownership of multi-platform campaign management and analytics in a dynamic consultancy environment. You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta platforms, from setup through optimization and reporting. This role offers the perfect blend of technical execution and strategic analysis, where you’ll not only manage campaigns but also provide valuable insights and recommendations that drive client results. Working directly with the business owner, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional outcomes for clients while contributing to the growth of an innovative marketing consultancy.

Responsibilities
  • Set up, launch, and actively manage digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and Meta platforms
  • Navigate and utilize Google Analytics to generate comprehensive performance reports for client campaigns
  • Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights and develop strategic recommendations for optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance across all platforms and implement data-driven improvements
  • Create detailed reports that clearly communicate campaign results and strategic recommendations to clients
  • Collaborate directly with the business owner on campaign strategy and client communication
  • Stay current with platform updates and best practices to ensure optimal campaign performance
Requirements
  • Proven hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta platforms
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics with demonstrated ability to generate reports and analyze performance data
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations
  • Experience with multi-platform campaign setup, management, and optimization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for client reporting and internal collaboration
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining regular communication with the team
