Senior Full Stack Engineer

You’re experienced in designing and maintaining backendheavy fullstack applications, architecting distributed systems, and owning services endtoend—including infrastructureascode and cloud deployments (AWS or GCP).

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale our Ruby on Rails web application, focusing on backend services.
• Develop and maintain userfocused applications and interfaces with Typescript and Lit frameworks.
• Design and implement endtoend systems, including performance testing and system integrations.
• Identify, assess, and resolve bottlenecks or scaling issues.
• Contribute to building realtime capabilities and scalable microservices to support rapid data operations.
• Develop integrations with thirdparty APIs and ensure efficient data transfers to destination platforms.
• Always look for opportunities to make the product better and delight our customers.

• The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 to $180,000 USD, and CAD. Total compensation will include a meaningful variable component and equity in the company. Final base salary decisions will be based on nondiscriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
