Work Arrangement: Monday Friday, 9 AM 6 PM EST (flexible, depending on performance and deadlines)

Job Type: Fulltime, Independent Contractor

Salary Range: Competitive; based on experience

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday; follows US Federal Holidays

Locations: Remote, open to candidates who can work EST hours.

Role Overview

We’re hiring a FullTime Bilingual Video Editor (English & Spanish) to power our partners performance marketing team’s paid ad efforts across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This role is perfect for a creative, fastmoving editor who understands what makes people click—and has the chops to turn raw content into scrollstopping direct response videos. The ideal candidate has deep experience editing ads for affiliate or performance marketing brands, with an eye for retention, iteration, and conversion across multiple formats and languages.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing for Paid Social

  • Edit shortform direct response videos using product imagery, UGC, and voiceovers
  • Create multiple AB test iterations of each asset for scaling and optimization
  • Repurpose videos for English and Spanish audiences across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Collaborate with media buyers to align on hooks, angles, and targeting strategies
  • Maintain quality across all exports while adapting to brand guidelines and platform specs
    • Performance Optimization & Workflow Management

      • Review topperforming creatives to extract insights and adapt video strategy
      • Translate copy or voiceovers across English and Spanish with cultural nuance
      • Implement filesharing workflows and maintain version control across assets
      • Track performance (CTR, CVR, CPA) and iterate creatives based on results
      • Deliver assets on tight turnarounds with minimal supervision
        • Immediate Week 1 Ownership

          • Review previous winning creatives for tone, pacing, and style
          • Join kickoff calls with media buying team to align on creative strategy
          • Deliver first batch of edited videos (2–3 creatives using raw footage and VO)
          • Translateedit content in both languages and set up filesharing systems
