Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Outbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through a consultative selling approach, leveraging your product knowledge and personalization skills. You will play a crucial role in promoting our flagship product, conducting targeted outbound campaigns, and managing the complete sales funnel to drive new business opportunities.


  • Promote and Market Solutions: Conduct extensive cold calling, emailing, and other communications to prospective clients, effectively promoting our product.
  • Lead Research: Identify and evaluate additional leads and prospects through comprehensive research, both online and within CRM systems.
  • Meet Quotas: Achieve or exceed daily quotas, including a minimum of 50 calls and 30 emails, with 7-9 meaningful connections.
  • Demo Scheduling: Schedule high-quality demos and provide detailed information to the sales team to ensure productive engagements.
  • CRM Management: Diligently maintain all contacts and opportunities, recording progress and updates in the CRM system (Salesforce).
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Own the processes of prospecting, lead generation, sales qualification, and initial customer calls, contributing to the team's revenue targets.
  • Market Research: Conduct detailed market research to identify new sectors, organizations, and functions for product expansion.
  • Outbound Campaigns: Run targeted outbound campaigns to generate new leads across various sectors, functions, and geographies.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Manage the complete outbound sales funnel, understanding prospect requirements and qualifying them effectively.
  • Decision-Maker Identification: Navigate company structures to identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Persistence in Lead Development: Persistently develop leads with the potential to become valuable business opportunities.


Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years in a sales or business development role, preferably in SaaS, business intelligence, or consulting.
  • Sales Funnel Expertise: Proven experience in managing an end-to-end sales funnel, with familiarity in handling MQLs, SQLs, and ARR.
  • Fearless Attitude: A willingness to take intelligent risks and achieve a high volume of outbound calling activity daily.
  • Data Savvy: Strong understanding of data application and decision-making processes within large enterprises.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to understand and communicate a prospect's requirements effectively within the team.
  • Creative Problem Solver: Ability to think on your feet, ensuring the sales funnel remains ripe with new prospects.
  • Metrics-Driven: A data-driven approach, with the ability to measure and scale each step of the sales process.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to articulate product selling points via phone and email.
