This is a remote position.

We are looking for an organized and professional Virtual Assistant to handle all communications with the company from a remote position.

You will :

Answer and direct phone calls.
Manage communication and answer emails.
Schedule meetings with clients.
Conduct online research to find addresses and contact details for a given list of companies.
Manage social media accounts.
Handle customer and employer information confidentially.
Take notes or transcribe meetings conducted online and share minutes of meetings.
Manage calendar and appointments.
Manage filing systems, update records, and organize documentation.
Prepare presentations according to instructions given.

You should have:

With proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or other relevant position.
Well-versed with technology.
Familiarity with the latest workplace technology, including VoIP, online calendars, and desktop sharing.
Highly organized multi-tasker who can work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrate excellent time management skills.
Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and presentation skills.
Must have a PC and reliable Internet connection.
