About the Role:
We are seeking Licensed Insurance Agents to join our growing remote team. In this role, you’ll engage with inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their insurance needs, and help guide them through enrollment, policy management, and benefit inquiries. You’ll work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to warm/hot leads or current customers
Provide support on policy info, enrollment, benefits, billing, and cross-selling opportunities
Engage with customers using active listening and probing techniques
Clearly explain insurance products and services
Meet individual and team sales goals in a high-volume setting
Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
Troubleshoot customer issues related to enrollment platforms
Collaborate with internal departments when needed
Participate in special projects related to process improvement
Required Qualifications:
Valid Health Insurance License (Resident State Required)
Must meet all current continuing education (CE) requirements
Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED
1+ season experience as a licensed agent preferred
Prior call center and remote work experience required
Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal & written)
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
Able to meet individual goals and contribute to team success
