  • Respond to customer chats and support emails to ensure timely issue resolution.

  • Create and print shipping labels using Australia Post’s eParcel system, ensuring dispatch accuracy.
  • Support sales and promotional activities by activating sales and updating promotional materials.

Job description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday minimum 25 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Communication

  • Monitor and respond to customer chats and support emails

  • Deliver timely, professional customer service and issue resolution

  • Generate and send customer invoices

Order Fulfillment & Shopify Tasks

  • Check “Ready to Ship” queue daily and print express shipping labels by 10:40 AM

  • Receive daily order lists and process accordingly

  • Process refunds and update orders in Shopify

  • Upload, edit, and publish product listings in Shopify

Shipping & Labeling

  • Create shipping labels using Australia Post’s eParcel system

  • Ensure dispatch processes are followed accurately

Sales & Promotions

  • Turn on sales through Shopify-integrated apps

  • Download and update promotional artwork using Canva

Administrative Support

  • Perform various admin tasks as needed to support daily operations


Key Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar VA role

  • Deep familiarity with Shopify, Canva, and eParcel

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with speed and precision

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Reliable internet and remote work setup
