Job Description

We’re seeking a skilled Appointment Setter & Virtual Assistant to drive business growth by connecting with high-caliber prospects and setting quality in-person appointments for our sales team. You’ll be the crucial first point of contact with successful executives and entrepreneurs, using your exceptional communication skills to engage premium clientele through strategic outbound calling and LinkedIn outreach. This role offers the perfect blend of sales support and administrative assistance, with established processes and scripts to ensure your success, plus exciting growth potential including commission opportunities as the company expands.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct professional outbound cold calling campaigns to engage C-suite executives and business professionals
  • Execute targeted LinkedIn outreach strategies to connect with high-value prospects
  • Set high-quality in-person appointments for sales representatives across different territories
  • Deliver concise, effective appointment setting calls (maximum 10 minutes) using proven scripts
  • Ask strategic qualifying questions to identify ideal prospects for premium services
  • Perform timely follow-up activities to nurture prospect relationships
  • Support business operations with general administrative tasks and scheduling coordination
  • Assist with lead generation activities to build robust prospect pipelines
  • Collaborate with sales representatives in multiple cities to optimize territory coverage

Requirements
  • Soft accent strongly preferred for executive-level interactions
  • Proven experience in appointment setting and cold calling, preferably with premium clientele
  • Exceptional verbal communication and phone presentation skills
  • Comfort level engaging with high-level executives, entrepreneurs, and business professionals
  • Experience working within luxury or premium market segments preferred
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn outreach and social selling techniques
  • Ability to follow established scripts while maintaining natural, engaging conversation flow
  • Professional demeanor suitable for representing a luxury brand
