Role Name: Project Coordinator

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Pacific Time zone business hours (7:30 AM - 4 PM PST with 30 minutes of unpaid break)

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a successful construction team, supporting critical infrastructure development through efficient project coordination and documentation management. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll work directly with experienced Project Managers on institutional and government projects, utilizing industry-leading software like Procore to ensure seamless project execution. Responsibilities
  • Execute comprehensive project documentation and coordination tasks for institutional and government construction projects
  • Create and manage change orders following established Standard Operating Procedures with precision and accuracy
  • Submit and track Requests for Information (RFIs) through proper channels and systems
  • Coordinate heavy paperwork requirements essential for government and institutional project compliance
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure smooth project execution and timeline adherence
  • Follow detailed direction and established processes as outlined by senior project leadership
  • Utilize Procore project management software for task management, documentation, and reporting
  • Maintain accurate and organized project records and documentation systems
  • Support multiple similar projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards
Requirements
  • Proven experience in construction project coordination with a strong understanding of project workflows
  • Proficiency in project management software, with Procore experience highly preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling complex paperwork and documentation
  • Demonstrated ability to follow established Standard Operating Procedures and processes consistently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining regular communication with team members
  • Professional attitude and commitment to delivering high-quality work in a remote environment
