Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement key metrics and KPIs for patient risk monitoring.
- Create visually compelling and informative data visualizations for effective metric monitoring.
- Design and develop APIs and microservices using Python for seamless data integration.
- Utilize statistical and machine learning algorithms to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate on system design and architecture, leveraging AWS infrastructure.
- Translate user and domain requirements into technical specifications, including mockups and UI prototypes.
- Stay informed about healthcare research trends and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) standards such as FHIR and HL7.
- Gather and incorporate requirements aligned with health IT norms and standards.
- Possess a strong understanding of medical terminology and coding, including ICD-10, SNOMED, CPT, HCC, and other medical billing codes.
Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, R-Statistics, and experience with API frameworks.
- Proficient in Tableau for data visualization.
- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud computing.
- Ability to create UI mockups using Figma.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
