Job description

This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a highly skilled Search Engine Advertising (SEM) Specialist to join their dynamic team. Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in performance-driven advertising, known for their innovative strategies and impressive client success stories in the e-commerce and paid media space.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Display, YouTube, and Shopping.

  • Develop data-driven strategies to maximize ROI and efficiency across multiple paid channels.

  • Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and actionable insights.

  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and refine advertising initiatives.

  • Oversee external contractors and ensure alignment with campaign goals.

  • Proactively identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in paid advertising efforts.



Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in search engine paid advertising.

  • 5+ years of agency experience, with 3+ years in e-commerce.

  • Google Ads certifications (required) and familiarity with Microsoft Ads.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, and Google Tag Manager (preferred).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.

  • Excellent communication, project management, and multitasking abilities.

  • Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of managing successful paid ad campaigns.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a remote team environment.

  • Passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
