Job description

This is a remote position.

Major Theme Park's Lodging are calls from Major Theme Park's Lodging Guests or Cast Members that wish to make reservations for Lodging, Dining Plans, Tickets, Air, Packages, or asking general questions about those areas. Call Centers will service the Program by providing high level customer service to existing and new Major Theme Park Lodging Guests while matching their wishes and desires with relevant Major Theme Park's Lodging products and services.
